Shipping Estimate
Your freight will be estimated when your order is ready to ship out and we will call or email you with the cost of the freight before it ships out .
We have to adjust the freight every time you add on or make changes to the order. Each Shipping estimate is uniquely based on the order’s weight , cubic square feet or size of the box or pallet it is placed on or in along with the delivery destination provided. If you don’t have a high dock and need a lift-gate that increases the cost of a shipment along with residential delivery’s.

Payment
We cannot ship, deliver, or release merchandise for pickup until order is paid in full.
Order Status & Tracking
We will provide you with the freight companies name tracking number and a estimated time of delivery when shipment is shipped out
Refunds & Cancellations
Any customers with cancelled orders will bare the cost of return shipping IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT OR AT THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS.
Also, any order that has been processed in the warehouse is subject to a 20% re-stocking FEE.
Missing and/or Damaged Items
- Each shipment is regarded as a piece count. This means drivers must count and sign the the number or pallets or cartons and consignee customer at the destination.
- Any physical damages or discrepancies such as crushed, opened, loose, or missing cartons must be noted on the drivers receipt at the time of delivery and a copy emailed or faxed back to Silk for Less Design’s by SFL.
- Damages must be reported within 10 days along with a picture of the damage of receipt of the product.
- No credit or returns without Authorization
